Two managers, no majority
Last month the team promoted manager-2 so that the cluster would survive the loss of a manager. Monitoring now says manager-1's power supply is about to fail, and the replacement only arrives tomorrow. When manager-1 dies, the cluster must go on managing itself: a task that stops must still be replaced. Get the cluster ready.
Your terminal is on manager-1. The cluster has three nodes, described in ops/cluster.md; checkout runs exactly one replica and exits every hour by design (ops/payment-provider.md). The test calls http://<cluster>/cart every minute for two hours. At 0:30 manager-1 loses power for good; at 1:00 the payment provider rotates its session.
