2. Subscription Payments

When you subscribe to a plan:
- You are billed in advance for the subscription period.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1 Billing Errors
If you were charged due to a billing error or duplicate transaction, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
3.2 Technical Issues
If you are unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue caused by Runbookly, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
3.3 First-Time Purchases
For first-time subscription purchases, Runbookly may offer a refund request within 7 days of the initial payment, provided the platform has not been used extensively.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Account suspension due to violation of the Terms of Service
- Services already delivered or consumed
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel a subscription:
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to the service until the subscription period expires.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting Runbookly, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Restrict access to the service
- Recover associated fees incurred by the dispute
