Is it a subscription?
No. You buy 30 days or a year of access. Nothing is charged again without you: we email you a few days before the end, and you renew in one click if you want to.
What does a plan include?
Everything up to its level, everywhere on Runbookly: the exercises of every lab and the Studio components of that level, plus, for every paid plan, all premium articles and their practice exams, the members' forums and resources, the members' event replays, monthly Uptime and a certification exam each month.
I already pay for an article or forum subscription. What happens to it?
It stays valid until its end date and keeps opening what it opened. Articles and groups you bought stay yours. When it ends, a Runbookly plan gives you the same content plus the labs and the Studio.
How does moving up work?
Choose the higher plan: what is left of your current one is deducted from its price, and the new plan starts right away for a full period.
I pay with mobile money. Is that a problem?
Not at all: every plan, training and event can be paid with mobile money, in your local currency.
Do I keep my progress if my plan ends?
Yes. Your designs, Uptime, rank and certificates stay in your account. Locked levels open again as soon as you renew.
